Book Meme: tagged… again!

March 16, 2008

Ryker Beck tagged me.

The Book Meme
1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people.

It’s better to do this with a book in English instead of having to translate it. The book I found is Sociology by Anthony Giddens. The book I have it’s the second edition (bought in 1996) and the fifth edition was recently released. If anyone has this book, maybe your page 123 is different from mine.

The idea of a connection between biological make-up and criminality was revived in the work of William A. Sheldon in the 1940s. Sheldon distinguished three main types of human physic, claiming one to be directly associated with delinquency. Muscular active types (mesomorphs), he proposed, are more likely to became delinquent than those of thin physique (ectomorphs) or more fleshy people.

So many people have been tagged already… I am still waiting to read the people I tagget in the first place. So, no more tagging. Anyway, if want to do this and no one tagged you, consider yourself tagged.
