review | Bella in DCNY ~ Harriette, Harmony, Miranda, Patricia, Tia and Swing Coat

Posted on November 9, 2009 by Ana Lutetia | 11 Comments

I have lost my blogging energy and I procrastinate more and more logging inSL. The reason is quite simple: I am tired of all the little issues SL™ has. When I am in-world there’s always an issues and if it’s not one thing, it’s another. And I am simply tired of these little things. I spend more time changing viewer, cleaning cache, re-logging, than actually enjoying SL™. Basically, that’s why I haven’t been around much… even thought my 3rd (third already!?) RezDay is coming up in a few days.

Dave Casanova from DCNY creates beautiful clothes for virtual girls. Here’s a selection of what you can find in his Fall line: Harriette, Harmony, Miranda, Patricia, Tia and Swing Coat. All clothing is available in different colours with all layers and modifiable prims.
Bella is the latest skin by Tuli Asturias and my favourite so far. I simply adore the freckles! You can find 10 makeups per skin tone as well as three different brows and three cleavage options.

your english is improving immensely Ana. don’t go the route Annah took and have you-know-who write for her under Annah’s name. it’s just too abrupt and everyone knows. you keep applying your formula and i’m sure the ad revenue will make it all seem worth while. hell, you could probably give up entirely and still rake it in!

fyi: i did not said should be i did not say. i know, compound irregular verb conjugation is the hardest aspect of study for the ESL student as to make it almost impossible. you really have to immerse yourself in it and use it everyday in normal use. i have really seen a distinct change in your use of our incomprehensible language from the time we first met.

a great resource to conjugate english terms is: http://conjugator.reverso.net/conjugation-english.html

if you’d like, bug me anytime for any help you want. i mean IM me. haha.

twitches* that would be I not i.

Great pictures Ana, I do so wish at times that you would post on your blog in both your languages, truly gifted to be able to learn new languages, when some cannot master their own.

The ability to use grammar and excessive punctuation, by no means makes up for lacking grace and charisma.

    Very well corrected, A Teacher.

Then again, I do understand that capitalisation is a very difficult aspect for native English speakers. We need more comments like your’s on blogs, and less from people who constantly criticise other people. Especially on subjects that they seemingly know very little about themselves.

Excellent review Ana, very detailed as usual, and a pleasure to read as always. xx

One really should clean their own house before they make criticism of others’ houses.

[...] about you guys, but my pocketbook is very happy that Ana Lutetia has cut back on fashion blogging. She recently did a review of DCNY’s latest release and I went running over (which is the norm) and bought up half the [...]
