Admittedly while my real life body is uninked, I enjoy a tattoo here and there in Second Life. It’s probably a fear of needles or something, but SL is all about fantasy and all that cheese. In particular, I’m a fan of full body tattoos, which seem to be rather difficult to find for men in SL. However, there are a couple of places which do nice tattoos that cover the whole body – Negko Design and the Garden of Ku.

Kicking off with Negko Design, there are a good range of tattoos here which twist around the chest and again around the leg, which I think is a fantastic design! I’m also a fan of pure black ink tattoos – coloured tatts just look odd to me in SL. The only point would be that these aren’t completely seamless, but they come close enough – that said, tattoos are horribly difficult to get seamless, so don’t let that put you off!

Ignore the change in Windlight settings.. this is what happens when you get distracted as much as I do! Shown below (from top to bottom) are Scorpio Haka, Wolf Haka and Phoenix Haka tattoos.

It’s also worth having a look around the Garden of Ku, where I found quite a few nice designs. I’ve picked out A Mayan Dream which comes in three shades – Faded, Shadows (shown) and Darken.

Oh – and there was a lot of skin and tight underwear involved too, as well as lovely jewellery from Studio Sidhe. But that’s all in the style guide for you!
