challenge | Dress Me Up!

Achariya Maktoum had a great idea for a new blogger’s challenge and there are lots of styles I haven’t tried yet. I want to get to know more styles, more stores, new content creators and try new things. I do want to get out of my box.
For the challenge, I want do location pics instead of studio pics. So, if you have interesting LM’s of nice places to take pics in or simply a sim that must be visited, please drop them on me in-world or leave me a comment with a SLurl.

Rules:
1. Post a picture of yourself in your underpants.
2. In this post, invite your readers to suggest a particular outfit (or hair, jewelry, shoes, skin, etc.) from a designer for you to purchase and write about. (Designers, feel free to suggest items from your own line – why not, after all?) People who respond should explain why they like these items.
3. In the next few weeks, look back over the suggestion list and incorporate these ideas into your regular blogging, marking these entries with the tag “dress me up.” Post in as many or few suggestions as you want. It’s up to the blogger’s discretion to pick which items to wear, so no complaining if they don’t pick your idea, K?

I wanna see you in a nice retro underwear set from Ingenue or 1-800 Bettie’s with hair from either of those shops or JetDoll. Classic pin up look. Keeping along that lines I think it is only appropriate that you male self wear a set of silk pajamas from Alphamale. The skin hair and cigarette you male is wearing in the photo now would work well and I am sure you must have a skin for your female self that is on the pin up side of things.

Steampunk and cyberpunk eh??? Hmm… Spend some time roaming around the stores at Steam Forge and you’ll find all sorts of ideas to inspire…

Black Heart has fun stuff (including some very cool Neko ears if you decide to go kitteh on us); League’s “Steampunk Apocalypse” outfit is nummy; LPP / Le Petit Prince has all sorts of fascinating accessories and outfits (particularly upstairs) which work well for either genre (I LOVED the boots that came with their Sexadoll Officer outfit!); and I’d check out AVZ for cybery stuffs.

I’ll let someone else give you Goth ideas… this comment’s long enough!

Since you asked so nicely, here’s my suggestion:

Female Avatar:
Hair from Kin or BP*
Clothes from Amerie’s Naughty
Skin from D-Skin, Minajunk or Issigonis
Eyes from Glanz or FTL

You get to pick the shoes and jewelry/accessories.

And since you also have a picture of your boy avatar in his underwear:
Skin: Z#road, eXceSs or Karamia
Hair: Uncleweb Studios or Gritty Kitty
Eyes: Glanz or FTL
Coat/Jacket: Armidi
Top: Beauty Avatar
Pants: Armidi
Shoes: Kalnins Shoes (or any other shoes, preferrably in a dark color)

You probably know all those stores, but hopefully this is a little different from what you usually wear.

I know it is a bit late for a new challenge, but at last I found a pair of them that could suit you so, if you aren’t too busy already, here you have mine:

The first is for fun and will be to try a not-human avatar from Grendel’s Children, a freebie should do, while keeping you shape (I know that people would think that asking for a latex ouftit is more my style of “fun”, but Nissa Nightfire did that one already :-p).

The serious challenge is a Audrey Hepburn look (but not the “oh so famous” Givenchy dress, please!); you can choose any designer you like, but maybe Le Cubic would be a good place to start at.

Since you also asked for a location challenge: If you choose a winter outfit have a look at Wintermute sim.

Hmm…I want to see you as a sexy Goth (vampire fangs optional but I won’t mind at all if you go with, lol).

Actually, both your girl and boy avatars could go Goth, especially if you check out AVID. There men’s clothes are fantastic too.
