EURO 2008 – official website

Portugal won the match against Czech Republic by 3-1. WOW! They played against the best goal keeper in the world. Those guys are amazing! It’s the second match Portugal plays and wins. Let’s see how it turns out.
My national identity only comes out with events like this. Almost 900 years of history but it’s the football that makes me yell at the tv. I am the first the admit all the flaws in this country by the sea where I happen to have been born and live. But in football (or soccer, if you prefer) I am proud to say that the Portuguese team kicks ass.

I am not much into soccer either and I watched it when it seemed that Holland was going to win everything, hahaha. Well until Russia put us out of that dream!
And it’s back to SL again. ;-)

Yeah… it also looked like Portugal was going to win everything in the first games. Oh, well… Good luck to all the teams still playing.
